Major League Baseball has not yet been able to reach a new collective bargaining agreement with the Major League Baseball Players Association. Due to the ongoing negotiations, MLB has notified all Clubs that it is no longer possible to play the first week of Spring Training games (February 26 – March 4) as originally scheduled. We are disappointed that we are not able to start as scheduled and apologize for any inconvenience this causes you. MLB is working to get the game back on the field as quickly as possible.

If you purchased tickets for any game from February 26 through March 4 online at GoodyearBP.com, Reds.com, or CleGuardians.com, you will automatically receive a refund to the credit card used.  We are diligently working to process the refunds with the anticipation that all refunds will be initiated within the next two weeks.Season ticket holders will receive a credit back to their account.  If a Season Ticket holder would like a refund for these games instead of a credit, please call the Goodyear Ballpark Box Office at 623-882-3130.

If you have questions or need any additional information, feel free to visit www.cleguardians.com/spring or www.reds.com/spring or call the Goodyear Ballpark Box Office at 623-882-3130.

If you purchased tickets from a secondary ticket provider, including StubHub, MLB’s Official Fan-to-Fan Ticket Marketplace, please reach out to them directly to explore your options.

MLB is working diligently to reach a new agreement with the MLBPA as soon as possible without any further disruption to the Spring Training schedule. It is also important to note that the 2022 MLB regular season schedule has not been altered and every effort is being made to reach a new agreement in time to play a full 162 game season.

Thank you for your continued support of the Cleveland Guardians and Cincinnati Reds. We look forward to seeing you at Goodyear Ballpark soon.
