Rainout / Refund Policy
In the event a regulation game (4 1/2 innings) is not played due to a rainout or other situation dictated by Major League Baseball, tickets may be either exchanged or refunded through the original method of purchase.
Single Game Tickets
Purchased Through Goodyear Ballpark Ticket Office
Tickets may be exchanged in person at Goodyear Ballpark Ticket Office for another game based on availability or refunds will be issued at the conclusion of the spring training season.
Internet Purchased Tickets (CLEGuardians.com, Reds.com, MLB.com, GoodyearBP.com)
Tickets purchased through CLEGuardians.com, Reds.com, MLB.com and GoodyearBP.com may be exchanged for another game during the same season. Tickets may be exchanged in person at the ticket office, by phone at 623-882-3130 or email at tickets@goodyearaz.gov.
For tickets that are not exchanged, the value of the ticket(s) will automatically be credited to the original card used to purchase the tickets no later than one week after the conclusion of the spring training season.
Season Tickets and Mini Plans
Tickets may be exchanged in person at Goodyear Ballpark Ticket Office, by phone at 623-882-3130 or email at tickets@goodyearaz.gov for another game based on availability. For a refund, the dollar value of the tickets will be issued based on the original method of payment no later than one week after the conclusion of the spring training season.
Group Tickets
For a refund, the group leader (individual who purchased the block of tickets) will receive a refund for the dollar value of the tickets based on the original method of payment 2-3 weeks after the conclusion of the spring training season. In turn, the group leader is responsible for refunding the individuals in his or her group directly.
Secondary Market Ticket Purchases
(SeatGeek, StubHub, Vivid Seats, TicketSmarter)
Tickets that have been purchased from a secondary market reseller cannot be refunded, credited or exchanged by Goodyear Ballpark. Fans holding tickets that have been purchased through a secondary ticket reseller must consult their point of purchase for refund information.
