Spring Training Home of the Cleveland Guardians and Cincinnati Reds
Goodyear Ballpark is the spring training and player development home of both of Ohio’s Major League Baseball teams – the Cleveland Guardians and Cincinnati Reds.
Each team has a year-round presence in Arizona, through spring training, extended spring training, Arizona (rookie) League, Fall Instructional League and rehabilitation of injured players at their training complexes.
The Guardians and Reds report mid-February for the spring training season.
Spring Training Baseball in Goodyear, Arizona
Starting in mid-February, just in time for our beautiful spring weather, Goodyear Ballpark becomes a bustling hub of baseball activity. Spring training season consists of approximately 30 games, which equates to about a game a day for 30 days.
Whether you prefer relaxing on a blanket on the grassy berm, or enjoying the view from a luxury suite balcony behind home plate, you’ll have an excellent view of the game in this intimate venue.
With a wide open concourse, you have a 360 degree view of the field, so you won’t miss any action while walking around!
The surrounding scenery that provides a gorgeous backdrop for the facility is an added bonus.

In the event a regulation game (4 1/2 innings) is not played due to a rainout or other situation dictated by Major League Baseball, tickets may be either exchanged or refunded through the original method of purchase. Find full details on our rainout/refund policy.
