Seasonal positions with the City of Goodyear include:

Positions are posted in early December for the upcoming season. Applications are only accepted for open positions and may be found through the City of Goodyear Jobs page.


Goodyear Ballpark also offers internships for college credit during the Spring Training season in:

Volunteer at the Ballpark
Volunteers play an integral role in Spring Training operations at Goodyear Ballpark, the Spring Training and player development home of the Cleveland Indians and Cincinnati Reds. We are currently seeking individuals 18 years of age or older who are interested in providing services during Spring Training season, which runs from mid-February through early April. Positions include:
  • Ticket Takers
  • Ushers
  • Guest Services

No experience is necessary, however, smiling is encouraged.

The ballpark volunteer commitment is a minimum of six games per season. Each volunteer will be provided customer service training, a ballpark shirt, and a ballpark hat. Food vouchers will be issued during each game worked. Those interested may also volunteer to assist with off-season events such as the Star Spangled 4th celebration, Home Plate for the Holidays, and other community festivals and activities.
